This clutch was created using a layer of white peau de soie ( french for 'skin of silk' ) and then topped with an overlay of white chiffon. The ruching makes for a vintage old Hollywood look. In keeping with the romantic look, I have choosen to line this clutch with Rachel Ashwell's shabby chic cotton in white with a soft pink and green floral print.
